Thanks guys! I have copied my article into a Blog entitled 'The Article' for anyone who wants to read it.
Interestingly, I feel much better having 'come out'. It's like a weight off my shoulders and the response so far has been very supportive.
The photo was taken pre-treatment when we were in Peru last October. I was in denial at the time!
